The aim of the project is to increase the overall efficiency of activities which fall under the authority of the Statutory City of Brno and which are ensured by Technical Networks Brno, plc, and thus to improve the quality of provided public services. At the same time, the project also fulfills the Strategy for Implementation of eGovernment within the territory. Within the project the goal is, based on previously carried out analyses, to set a company strategy, to set and optimize processes and to put more emphasis on pro-client orientation of the company.
Based on the prepared strategic map and process map of the company, employees will be trained and chosen activities of strategic and process direction will be described, including the putting into practice and feedback. The lastly mentioned activity will also include establishing effective communication through communication technologies, both inside and outside of the company, and it will also include surveys about the target group satisfaction and provision of feedback. The outcomes of the project are: analyses, project management implementation, setting of a system for strategic and process direction and methodology for inquiring into target group satisfaction.
